目标

1.学生能够用have,has, can等描述动物的特点。能够听说读写本单元重点词汇。

2.学生能够区分字母u在单词中的发音,并且能够能够掌握/ʌ/的发音。

3.能够通过观察归纳出字母u的发音,并能够发现更多相似的发音规律。

1.掌握字母u在单词中的发音,掌握/ʌ/的发音。

2.学生能够根据所学知识描述动物的特点。

学情

分析

本节课是一节复习加音标课。主要学习字母u在单词中发短音。五年级的学生已经积累了一定的词汇量。掌握了许多含有u字母的单词。在教学时,可以先展示一些单词,让学生自己发现规律。然后进行归纳总结并练习。

在Checkout方面主要是复习。学生经过前几课的学习,已经学习了如何用have,has,can等描述一种动物。在Checkout教学中,可以抽出里面的动物让学生进行描述复习。以此来检测学生的掌握程度。

S1:There are five pigs on the farm.

S2:They are pig.

S3:They are short and fat.

S4:They have four short leg.

S5:They have short tails.

T:Very good!What about this one?

2.Let’s watch

T:Now let’s watch the video and see how  to describe these animals.

3.Draw and write

T:Now let’s draw an animal and write about it.

 

本环节主要复习如何运用所学句型来描述动物。主要复习there be 句型以及have、has等的用法。

1.Let’s describe

S2:It has a short tail.

2.Listen and answer

T:Now let’s listen and answer two questions: 1.What does Rubber duck like? 2.What does Rubber duck do when the sun comes out?

After listening.

T:What does Rubber duck like?

S1:He likes the rain.

T:What does Rubber duck do when the sun comes out?

S2:He carries an umbrella.

3.Read and find

T:Now read these words. Can you tell us what does “u” pronounce?

4.Listen and imitate

T:Now let’s listen to the tape and imitate.

5.Let’s read
