目标

1. 学生能够听、说、读、写重点词汇the UK,Canada,the USA,China等;能够在游戏或真实的情景中正确使用本课单词介绍自己的国籍。

2. 学生能够在情境中运用句子“Where is he/she from?” “This is …He /She is from …”,学习如何介绍别人和询问并且回答他人的国籍,培养学生运用英语的交际能力;

3. 学生能够通过跟唱Let’s chant的歌曲巩固本单元所学单词并且运用歌曲提高交际能力。

4. 认识不同国家的国旗,了解不同不同国家的人。了解世界文化多样性的同时,培养爱国情怀。

1. Teachers and students greet each other.

2. Answer one by one.

S1:I’m XX. I’m from …. What about you?

S2: I’m XX. I’m from … What about you?

S3:I’m…. I’m from …. What about you?

3. Sing a song

Teacher plays the song: Where are you from?

(The whole class clapped their hands and sang along.)

1. 在问候中练习日常口语,把学生注意力引入到课堂之中。

2. 通过练习句型I’m …I’m from …,为本课时的新知作铺垫。

3. 以英文歌曲活跃课堂气氛的同时激发学生的学习兴趣。

T:The full name of the UK is The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

T:This is Amy. She’s from Canada.

Ss: Hi, Amy, welcome!

T:This is Lucy. She’s from the USA.

Ss: Hi, Lucy, welcome!

T:The full name of the USA is The United States of America.

T:This is Wu Binbin. He’s from China

Ss: Hi, Wu Binbin, welcome!

3.Listen and repeat

T: Let’s listen and follow the recording to read.

4.Let’s practice: turntable game

T:Now, let’s play a game. I’ll show you some flags. You should say the name of the country quickly.

1. 通过创设情景来进行自然过渡。

2. 展示各个国家的国旗和著名地标来学习新词汇以及句型。
