2. Teacher plays the song

T:Before the class, let’s enjoy a song.

The whole class do some actions and sing along.

3.T:Look and say the sounds of the letters.

1.在问候中练习日常口语,把学生注意力引入到课堂之中。

2.通过有趣的歌曲导入,让学生在愉快的气氛中开始本节课的学习,感知本节课的主题。

Part 2 :

Step II: Let’s spell.

1. Lead in:Look and guess

T:What’s this?

Ss:It’s a cat.

T:Let’s read together.

Ss:It’s a cat. It’s black.

teacher shows the picture to introducing the situation:

T:Ann is a lovely girl. She has a cat. It’s black.

T:Where is the black cat?

Ss:The cat is in the bag.

T:Let’s read together.

Ss:Where is the black cat? The cat is in the bag.

T:Where is the bag?

Ss:The bag is in the hand.

T:Whose bag?

Ss:It’s dad’s bag.

2. Students carefully observe the pictures and answer the questions:

Q1: What’s the girl’s name?

Ss: Ann.

Q2: What animal is it?

Ss: A cat.

Q3: What colour is the cat?

Ss: It’s black.

Q4: Who is he?

Ss: Dad.

Q5: Can you see the bag?

T: It’s in dad’s hand.

3. Show the pictures of cat, black, father, bag, hand and students say the corresponding picture words.

T: Look at the picture and say the words.

Ss: Dad/cat/ black/bag/hand.

4. Students observe the words carefully and find out the similarities.Teacher guides the students to spell the words.

T: Great. Please spell with me, c-a-t /k/ / æ / /t/.

T:Can you find which letter is the same?

Ss: Letter a.

T: What does a sound?

T:The letter a has the same sound

Of /æ/.

5. Teacher shows the mouth pattern of short vowel / æ / pronunciation and guides the students to pronounce correctly

T: Please pay attention to the tongue position.

6.Let’s chant to the music.

1. 通过创设情景来进行自然过渡。

2.在学生回答问题的基础上,以拼读的方式,来引领学生深入体会语音例词的每个字母的发音,培养学生的观察力、对语音的感受力,为他们找出字母a的发音规律打下基础。

3.通过归纳法去总结规律。
