本课时围绕“吴斌斌和和他的家人在宾馆度周末”这一话题展开,通过阅读文本学习词汇hotel, tasted, were, fixed, got, loud及用一般过去时态表达曾经发生过的事情。本课时的重点是单词hotel, tasted, were, fixed, got, loud的听、说、认读以及能够在文段中寻找关键信息,并根据阅读所获取的信息完成一系列活动。
本课时Read and write板块,分为读和写两个部分。读前部分呈现了Mrs Broom的头像,通过头像了解她的职业,回忆相关的背景知识及话题词汇。文段呈现的是吴斌斌写的评论稿,通过阅读评论稿,能够完成读后阅读检测及填充表格任务。书写活动是Mrs Broom给经理的一封电子邮件,要求学生能够根据投诉信补全电子邮件。文段内容接近学生的生活实际,具有实效性,能够激起学生阅读的欲望。 本课时词汇量大,整篇文章基本上在用一般过去时描述事情的发生。重难点在于要教会学生如何提取文章中的关键信息。教师要帮助学生理清脉络,并结合图片、语境理解课文。 |

教师分享和家人在酒店度假的情景带领学生用过去式描述所做的事情,为后文学习创设真实的情景,做好铺垫。
呈现课本情景图片,提出问题,让学生根据日常生活经验推测housekeeper的工作并选出正确图片,这一环节可以训练学生的推理能力。 听录音圈出正确答案,训练学生听的能力和捕捉关键信息的能力。 组织学生分段阅读课文内容,找出相关问题的答案,训练学生细读课文,寻找关键信息的能力。
这一环节分为略读、精读和跳读,分别设置了读文本回答问题、根据情境图找出关键句子、圈出文中动词过去式、短语匹配和新建写作,训练了学生听、读、写的能力。
