【What】The conversations are talking about how to get to some places. 【Why】Students can use these key words and sentences to talk about how to get places in daily life. 【How】Students can extract key information from the recording by locating key words. Besides, students can talk different transport ways with their classmates. |

学生分析 | 【Know】Students are highly motivated before the class. They have a general understanding of transports. And some key words and expressions in the conversations have been previewed before this class.

(1) To master key words and expressions about transports. (2) To master key sentences, i.e., -How do you get to school? -I ride a bike. -How does she get to school? -She takes the subway. (3) Get to know key sentences, i.e., -How long does it take? -It takes about twenty minutes. -How far is it from your home to school? -It’s about two kilometers. 2. Thinking capacity: (1) Guess what they’re talking about according to pictures to enhance students’ ability of observation and prediction. (2) Make conversations in groups to improve students’ capacity of cooperation and communication. 3. Cultural awareness: Learn about the different transport ways in different cultures. 4. Learning ability: Learn to key words and sentences to talk about how to get places in daily life. |
