To introduce the name/job/nationality/age…

T: Look at these pictures and introduce them?

Ss:  This is Amy.

She is a girl.

She’s from the UK.

She’s a pupil/student.

Ss:  This is Mr Jones.

He is a man.

He’s from the USA.

He’s a teacher.

T：Watch and repeat.

2. Students observe the picture and answer the question:

Q1：Who is he?

A1:He’s a teacher.

Q2: Who is she?

A1:She’s Amy. She’s a pupil.

T：Observe the two pictures. This is a student, and this is a pupil. What’s the difference between them.

Ss:student(通指)学生/pupil(主要指)小学生

Let’s chant

T：Let’s watch the video and chant together.

Show the picture, the students observe the picture and answer:

T：How many boys/ girls?

Ss: 4 boys and 4 girls.

T：How many students/ teachers?

Ss:7 students and 1 teacher.
