教材分析

What:The text is a short dialogue between Eric and David talking about their favorite subjects and the reason why they like it and the arrangement of subjects.

Why:Let students know how to rightly express the reasons of their favorite subjects and know how to manage time properly.

How:The dialogue concludes many sentence patterns of when, what , which conducive to training students’ familiarity with this sentence pattern and listening ability.

 

教学目标

By the end of this lesson, students will be able to:

1. 语言能力:

(1) have the following words: boring, difficult, busy, easy, interesting, fun, free, cool.

(2) can master the following sentence patterns:

① -Why do you like P. E.? -Because it’s fun.

② -Who’s your P.E. teacher? -Mr. Hu.

③ -When is your geography class? -It’s on Friday.

2. 学习能力: (1)listen to the recording for many times to get the activities that Eric and David talk about the subjects in the recording and the schedule of the them, so as to improve my listening and speaking ability.

(2) actively cooperate with partners to practice dialogues, cultivate the fun of learning English, and improve the confidence of speaking English.

3. 文化意识: cultivate the subject interest, broaden the horizon, establish a sense of time and be able to arrange all kinds of learning in a reasonable and orderly manner.

4. 思维品质:improve discrimination ability and improve the ability to obtain information.
