分析 |
本课时是人教版六年级下册第一单元的第二课时，与第一课时紧密相连，围绕“恐龙的身高”展开话题。本课时包括Let’s try 和 Let’s talk 两个板块。Let’s try是听力训练，呈现的是关于恐龙的材料。通过听力的练习，学生们获得场景信息，为下面进入正确的对话做好准备。Let’s talk呈现张鹏和Mike 在博物馆讨论恐龙的场景。恐龙是一种神秘的动物，学生们都非常感兴趣。本课时恐龙馆情景的设置，可以激发学生求知的欲望，鼓舞了学生想要用英语表达的热情。
本课时出现了很多生词和词组，dinosaur, hall, maybe, both of，more，over there，这些单词和词组的读音、语义对于学生都有一定的困难，老师应该借助一定的语境、肢体语言、图片等方法帮助学生学习和理解。 |

通过短视频引入关键词—dinosaur，加上图片配合理解，让学生初步感知比较与差异。
引导学生观察图片，带着问题观看动画，整体感知文本，并通过图示帮助学生逐步理解和掌握重点单词和句子。
教师播放视频和录音，学生听录音跟读，使学生能够正确朗读课文，加深学生对课文的熟悉度及理解度。
