教材分析

What:These are six shorts listening conversations about talking about the the price of clothes.

Why:Let students know how to asking others about the the price of clothes and enhance their communication ability in terms of the topic of food. And it can help students extend their expression of clothes.

How:The conversations are short but mainly include the target expressions of how much. At the same time, they include some words of color which not only give a good review them, but also lay a good foundation for the reading learning.

By the end of this lesson, students will be able to:

1. 语言能力:(1) master the vocabulary of ten words about clothing.

(2) understand “how much” sentence pattern

(3) consolidate the use of demonstrative pronouns this, that, these, and those

Step 1 T greets students. Then T shows three picture about “双十一” and then raises a question “Do you know which event it is?” to lead them free talk about it. Ss watch the picture and free talk with T and classmates about “双十一”. Free talk can divergent Sss thinking about the topic of shopping which can make them more interested in the class.

Pre-listening (7)
Step 2 T shows a video in 1a and asks them to answer the following two questions:

1> Where are they ?

2> What are they doing?

S watch a video in 1and answer questions. The formation of video can bring the whole conversation to life.
Step 3 1. T leads Ss to know the ten clothing words and learn how to pronounce them and write them.

2. T asks Ss to finish 1a

1. Ss learn the ten words.

2. Ss finish 1a.

 

1a can lead Ss to firstly know the ten word so that the learning of word can be more smoothly.

Step 4 T plays the recording for the first time to ask Ss to finish 1b.

After that, T leads students reading the conversations in 1b.

Ss listen to the record to finish 1b and them read the  conversations in 1b. It can help Ss improve their ability of listening. Imitation and repeating can strengthen their  tone and pronunciation .
