本单元主要是复习第一、第二、第三及预备单元的内容。本单元的教学目标是：

1. 复习三年级所学的重点单词、重点句型以及ride a cow / bake a cake / catch a snake / shake your let/ break an egg 这五个新词组。

2. 复习月份单词、季节单词及相关重点句型。

3. 复习教师摆设类单词及Where’s the…? / There be / How many…?句型。

4. 复习一百以内的数字、加减法、购物交际用语、动感故事。

本单元的重点内容是：

1. 复习各单元重点知识。

2. 做期中模拟试卷。

学生已经学了四个单元的内容。新单词、新句型很多， 学生生往往是学了后面忘前面，全面扎实地复习比较有难度。教师应将各知识点进行整合，并充分让学生做好预习工作，已达到短时高效的目的。
